Housing Market: Best Recovery Bets-Tacoma #1, Seattle #6

CNN Money published an article on February 7th with their take on which cities in the nation are the best recovery bets. They predict home prices will fall overall in most markets this year, but think 2012 will bring a rebound.
On that list Tacoma, WA is number one, and Seattle, WA is number 6!
