Bloomberg Businessweek Predicts WA Rebound

More good news coming from Bloomberg Businessweek. David Stiff, chief economist at Fiserv says the bottom is near. US home prices have declined 29.5 percent in the past 4 years according to their Case-Schiller index.
Out of 384 places surveyed, the Bremerton-Silverdale area in WA state has the highest four year growth forecast. Prices are predicted to increase 44.7% from 2010 to 2014. Prices in the Seattle area are predicted to increase 25.5% by 2014.
